Website operator and service provider
SAOMA Collective is the brand name used on this website. It does not, by itself, identify the individual or legal entity you will contract with. The responsible entity, its address and contact details must appear in each experience offer and booking confirmation.

Mexico and Spain
The terms are interpreted under the rules applicable to the provider, the service and the consumer. In Spain these include the LSSI, consumer legislation, GDPR and LOPDGDD. In Mexico they include the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the current Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. No single jurisdiction is assigned to all SAOMA activity.
No website text limits non-waivable rights or imposes a court that deprives a consumer of the protection they are entitled to. Specific booking information supplements these policies but cannot reduce statutory rights.
Enquiries and complaints
The written complaints channel and provider address await confirmation and must be available before contracting. The current contact form does not deliver messages; do not use it for cancellation deadlines or exercising rights.
Without prejudice to competent courts, in Mexico you may contact PROFECO and, in Spain, consumer authorities and available dispute resolution mechanisms. We do not claim membership of a consumer arbitration scheme that has not been confirmed.
