LEGAL
Code of Conduct
A carefully held experience begins with how we relate. A framework for participants, hosts and facilitators.
Working draft · 12 October 2026. These texts require professional validation in Mexico and Spain and confirmation of the indicated details before bookings or data collection are enabled. They do not replace legal advice.
Dignity and non-discrimination
Treat each person respectfully, without unlawful discrimination or humiliating language. Care for cultural differences, local communities and group privacy. Safety decisions must be based on objective risks and proportionate measures, not prejudice.
Genuine consent, at every moment
No one should be pressured to share intimate experiences, accept physical contact, join a practice or appear in images. Consent may be withdrawn. A booking or participation signature does not replace specific permission to touch, record or publish.
Professional boundaries and no promises
Facilitators must clearly communicate the scope of their role, act within their actual competence and not diagnose, prescribe or promise healthcare outcomes. Harassment, exploitation of a position of trust, sexually abusive conduct or relationships used to exert undue influence over participation are not tolerated. No person is presented as a guru or authority over someone else’s life.
Confidentiality and incident response
Do not share group members’ personal information. Confidentiality does not mean absolute secrecy where a legal duty or serious safety situation requires action. Necessary communications must be limited to relevant information and authorised people. Conduct concerns require an active, confidential channel without retaliation: [TO BE CONFIRMED before experiences are organised].
