Choices about your data should not determine how you enter SAOMA.

Collective communications
Collective notes will be optional when the service is activated. You may decline commercial communications or unsubscribe without losing a booking. Registration currently does not send or store emails in a SAOMA service; this form does not manage an active mailing list.
Images, sensitive data and third parties
You may decline promotional use of your image without a generic acceptance embedded in the booking. Health information is handled only in the secure external process where necessary for an experience and with specific safeguards, never for advertising profiles. Actual transfers and providers must be identified before processing; this page does not include an unverified claim about the “sale” or “non-sale” of data.
Exercising rights or withdrawing consent
See the Privacy Policy for GDPR rights in Spain and ARCO rights in Mexico, deadlines and competent authorities. Operational privacy contact: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. The enquiry form does not process rights requests. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful earlier processing or require deletion of information that must legally be retained.
