Withdrawal and Revocation
Information and an indicative template for communicating your decision where a statutory withdrawal or revocation right exists.
Working draft · 12 October 2026. These texts require professional validation in Mexico and Spain and confirmation of the indicated details before bookings or data collection are enabled. They do not replace legal advice.
When to use this template
In Spain, see the Cancellation Policy: the 14-day withdrawal right for distance-contracted services has exceptions, including certain fixed-date leisure activities. In Mexico, revocation is assessed under the LFPC and transaction rules, not the Spanish period. This template neither creates a right where none exists nor limits an existing right.
Notice template — Spain
To: [provider name, address and email stated in the contract].
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [experience and reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date of notice: [date]. Signature, only if submitted on paper: [signature].
Another unequivocal statement of your decision is accepted; this wording is not mandatory. The actual recipient must be completed before contracting. This information template is not a submission form and does not collect website signatures.
Revocation notice — Mexico
Where legally applicable, notify the provider through a verifiable method: “I revoke my consent regarding [service and reference], contracted on [date], under the applicable LFPC right. I request confirmation and the refund due.” Identify the contracting person and retain evidence of dispatch or receipt according to the method used. This page does not require medical documents or an electronic signature.
Sending and retaining proof
Use the provider’s actual channel disclosed in the booking, respecting legally admissible deadlines and methods. SAOMA channel: [TO BE CONFIRMED before contracting is enabled]. The current form does not send requests. Do not confuse withdrawal with the external Health Declaration and Participant Waiver.
