WELLBEING BELONGS AT WORK
Behind every team, there are people.
Stress, difficulty switching off and exhaustion do not stay outside the office. Making space for people is a way to support their lived experience, not just another activity in their calendar.
An experience creates space. A programme allows it to continue.

02 / THE CONTINUITY
The platform behind them
SAOMA CORPORATE
From a one-off experience to a programme with follow-up. A shared view to support people and make informed decisions.
- 01
One programme, one starting point
Keep the programme, session and follow-up dates, and employee roster together. HR shares personal questionnaire links through its usual email service.
- 02
Before-and-after measurement
Brief questionnaires compare perceived wellbeing, stress and feedback on the experience. Measurement instruments are agreed for each programme.
- 03
Follow-up beyond the session
Programmes with follow-up include another measurement four to six weeks later. Where included, a practice log helps track continuity.
- 04
A clear picture for HR
The dashboard brings together questionnaire participation, aggregate indicators and changes over time. Review recommendations and download a PDF report to inform your next actions.
HOW IT WORKS
From the first conversation to follow-up.
- 01
We shape the programme with you
During the demo, we discuss your goals, team and working context. We agree on sessions, the scope of measurement and, where relevant, follow-up dates.
- 02
We establish a starting point
The programme is set up in SAOMA Collective Corporate and the employee roster is added. HR distributes personal links to complete the initial questionnaire before the experience.
- 03
We deliver the experience and measure
The team takes part in SAOMA sessions. Afterwards, another questionnaire captures their state and feedback so responses can be compared with the starting point.
- 04
We follow up and decide
Where included in the programme, measurement is repeated four to six weeks later. HR reviews aggregate trends and downloads the report to decide how to continue supporting team wellbeing.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Frequently asked questions
Who leads the sessions?
Sessions are led by specialist facilitators. The assigned team and their profile are confirmed when shaping your programme.
Are the sessions mandatory?
No. Sessions are voluntary. Before the programme begins, we agree with your company on the scope of participation and measurement.
What information does HR receive?
The dashboard presents aggregate programme indicators, not a record of session conversations. Questionnaire links are personal: they should not be confused with a fully anonymous survey. Participants must be informed about data handling and access before taking part.
Do the sessions replace clinical care?
No. They are support and prevention sessions; they do not constitute clinical psychological care.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of employees and sessions; book a demo.
