LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
General terms for discovering, requesting and booking SAOMA human experiences.
Working draft · 12 October 2026. These texts require professional validation in Mexico and Spain and confirmation of the indicated details before bookings or data collection are enabled. They do not replace legal advice.
What SAOMA offers
SAOMA designs human experiences: sessions, The Reset Club, retreats and private, corporate and hospitality proposals. Movement, body, breath, sound, music, nature and connection may be part of them; no single practice defines the brand. They are not healthcare, psychotherapy, professional training or facilitator certification services.
Information before booking
Before any payment commitment you will receive the provider identity, description, date and time, location, duration, participation requirements, included and excluded services, total price including taxes, currency, additional charges, payment, cancellation and complaint terms. If an essential detail is unconfirmed, an enquiry or application must not be presented as a final booking.
Payments and bookings are not currently connected on this website. Deposits, payment schedules, prices and operating terms await confirmation for each experience; they cannot be inferred from this policy.
Application, confirmation and documentation
An enquiry or place application does not by itself create a booking. When contracting is enabled, the process will clearly indicate when the commitment arises, allow you to review and correct details, and provide confirmation and terms in a form you can retain. There will be no pre-ticked additional services or hidden acceptance of payment obligations.
Participation and consent
Read Health & Safety and Participant Terms before booking. You may reduce intensity, decline physical contact or stop a practice. Experiences requiring a Health Declaration and Participant Waiver will disclose this before contracting and provide a secure external link. Medical data or signatures will not be collected in this website form.
Consumer rights and specific terms
The Cancellation Policy distinguishes commercial decisions from statutory rights. In Spain, distance contract withdrawal and exceptions are assessed by service type; in Mexico, the LFPC and rights applicable to the transaction apply. Business-to-business corporate proposals may use negotiated terms, which must not be improperly imposed on consumers.
Liability and dispute resolution
SAOMA must provide services with the legally required care. Voluntary participation and awareness of risks do not remove liability that legally arises from breach, negligence or harm. No general waiver of claims or unlimited indemnity in SAOMA’s favour is required.
Any governing law or jurisdiction clause in the final offer will respect mandatory rules and consumer protection, including applicable habitual residence protections. Mandatory arbitration or a foreign court is not imposed by default. Later website changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed booking.
