Participant Terms

An informed and voluntary choice

Read your experience description and requirements and the Health & Safety page. Practices may generate intense physical or emotional responses and are not suitable for everyone. Transformation or any particular outcome is not guaranteed. You may rest, reduce intensity, return to natural breathing or stop any practice without pressure.

Boundaries, physical contact and care

Do not force movement or breathing techniques. Physical contact requires specific consent and may be declined or stopped. Tell the facilitator about discomfort or concerning symptoms. SAOMA may adapt or stop a practice for safety and must act with required care, without replacing healthcare.

External document before attendance

If a Health Declaration and Participant Waiver is required, this will be disclosed before booking. A secure link will be supplied with experience instructions and the document must be completed before participation, not to browse the website. Its content and data handling must be reviewed independently. This page does not collect signatures or medical declarations.

Share relevant information only through the designated secure channel. Healthcare advice or clearance may be requested where necessary. If a circumstance prevents participation, reasonable adjustments and contractual terms will be assessed without unlawful discrimination or automatic forfeiture of payments.

Respect, privacy and group safety

Respect other people’s boundaries, facilitators, staff, venues and local communities. Do not harass, threaten, damage spaces or participate under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or psychedelics. For intensive practices, the Health & Safety instruction not to have consumed these substances in the previous 24 hours also applies.

Do not record or share other people’s images, conversations or personal information without appropriate authorisation. Participation does not imply consent to promotional photography. SAOMA may intervene or remove someone who creates a genuine risk or seriously violates boundaries; financial consequences must follow the contract and the law.

Responsibilities without a general waiver

Follow instructions, remain in designated areas and respect your own limits. These responsibilities do not release SAOMA from safety duties or legal liability for acts or omissions. An external document cannot remove non-waivable rights or exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.
