Name, symbol and content
The SAOMA Collective name, symbol and logo, text, photographs, video, design and other materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law and belong to their holders or are used with permission. No trademark registration or exclusive ownership of unverified third-party materials is claimed.
Personal use and uses permitted by law
You may browse the website and retain information for personal use. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation requires permission where required by law. Statutory exceptions, permitted quotations and other applicable rights are respected. Do not alter the symbol or use the brand to imply a non-existent collaboration or endorsement.
The SAOMA Method
Participation does not grant a licence to reproduce proprietary materials, deliver experiences under the brand or present yourself as a SAOMA representative. SAOMA does not claim ownership of general ideas, body practices or knowledge that cannot be protected. SAOMA does not offer professional facilitator courses or certifications on this website.
