Information about browser storage and services involved when you visit SAOMA.
Working draft · 12 October 2026. These texts require professional validation in Mexico and Spain and confirmation of the indicated details before bookings or data collection are enabled. They do not replace legal advice.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in the browser. Local storage is a different technology and should not be confused with a cookie; both may be subject to information and consent rules depending on purpose. This policy describes what has been checked in SAOMA code, not a full hosting and third-party audit.
Language preference
Identifier: saoma-lang. Technology: first-party local storage. Value: es or en. Purpose: to store the page language or ES | EN choice; it is not used for advertising or profiling. It has no automatic expiry in the code and persists until storage is removed or cleared by the browser. The displayed language is determined by the page address, not a browsing profile.
Fonts, media and hosting
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and images and video are served by configured distribution services. These services may receive IP and technical data even if a cookie has not been observed. The list of hosting and third-party technical cookies and their periods is [AWAITING AUDIT]. See also the Privacy Policy.
SAOMA code does not currently include advertising analytics, campaign pixels or its own marketing cookies. This does not establish that all infrastructure is cookie-free. Any new service requires a review of the actual inventory and updated information before activation.
Consent in Spain and Mexico
In Spain, strictly necessary or exempt technologies under Article 22.2 LSSI may be used without consent. Non-exempt analytics, advertising or other optional uses require prior consent: acceptance and rejection must be equally accessible, with purpose-based selection and easy withdrawal. Continuing to browse does not mean acceptance. Optional services must not load before a choice.
In Mexico, where these technologies involve personal data they will be disclosed in the privacy notice and legal consent requirements and mechanisms to limit use applied. Final classification and a preference manager, if needed, require a prior audit. This information page is not a consent manager.
How to control storage
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser privacy settings. Removing saoma-lang clears the saved preference; the site may save it again when a page is visited. Blocking technical functions may affect operation. For questions or requests, use the privacy contact, which must be confirmed before production launch.
